Overview
Located within the Sri Venkateswara Temple complex, Swami Pushkarini Lake is where Lord Vishnu and goddess Lakshmi are believed to have bathed when they descended on Earth.

What To Expect?
Believed to be created by Garuda, the vehicle of Lord Vishnu, pilgrims flock here for taking a holy dip into the lake for scrubbing away their sins.
Tips
- There is no entrance fee for the pond.
- The pond is at a height of over 850 metres.
- Pilgrims should take a holy dip in the pond before entering Sri Venkateswara Temple.
