    Palanpur

    The city of Palanpur, known for its diamond trade, is located not far from the Rajasthan–Gujarat state boundary. There are many people living in this bustling city, which is well-known for its gems and fragrant perfumes. Numerous sacred Jain temples are located in this city, which is home to a sizable Jain population. Jorawar Palace and Kirti Stambh are only two of the many historic sites that have brought international acclaim to this city. The Sabarmati River flows through here, while the Aravalli Mountains are located just to the west. The city's seven gates formerly led out onto the battlefield, but today they stand mostly abandoned. Some reminders of Palanpur's former greatness are Keertistumbh, Balaram Palace and Jorawar Palace.

    Kumbhariya Jain Temple, Ambaji

    Kumbhariya Jain Temple, Ambaji is around 1.5 km from Ambaji's main town. The Shri Neminath Bhagavan Jain Temple, founded in the 13th century, can be found here. The exquisite wall sculpture is the temple's most striking feature. It was built using the remains of 360 temples that were originally constructed by Vimalsha in 1032.
