About CEO's Ring of Honour Awards

In 2015-16, the CEO's Ring of Honor Awards were established to recognize standout contributors to our organization's success. The process includes nominations from all levels, with 120-130 nominees assessed against various criteria. A curated list goes to founders, who carefully choose winners with input from the Leadership Team

 

Winners are celebrated at a Town Hall Meet, receiving a cash prize, a hamper, and an all-expense-paid three-day trip with the founders. This trip offers insights, mentorship, and learning from business experts. The award highlights top performers and their positive impact on our business and culture.

 

The offsite is a space for these high achievers to share innovative ideas with leaders, inspiring all Trippers to aim for the list, elevating individual and organizational excellence.
