Apsara Vihar is a set of gushing waterfalls that form a shallow pool of water below. The term ‘Apsara Vihar’ literally translates to a fairy pool. The story goes that when English women would take a bath in the pool, the locals thought they were fairies and hence named it ‘Apsara Vihar’.

If travelling by road, you can reach Jaistambh via a bus or a cab, which is easily accessible through popular road connectivity. From there, take a local commute and reach Pandava Cave. Starting from the Pandava Cave with a drive under a kilometer, your trekking trail up to the waterfall shall start. Also, the waterfall is just 2.6 km away from the Pachmarhi Bus Stand.
If travelling via airways, the nearest airport to reach Apsara Vihar is Bhopal Raja Bhoj Airport, which is over 200 km away. For a train journey, the nearest railway station is Pipariya station at about 50 km.
