The Tomb of Madin Shah is a memorial shrine that lies towards the north of Zadibal's Madin Shah Mosque. It was built in remembrance of Madin Shah, who was a revered saint of the Kashmir valley.

The tomb has been constructed in the 15th century Kashmiri architectural style, which is attractive and elegant. Glossy tiles and archway jambs adorn the exteriors of this shrine. The entrance of this tomb features an impressive carving, depicting a beast with a leopard's body. Religious sermons and inscriptions are carved on the walls and lintels of this shrine, which throw light on the period of its construction. A number of devotees visit the tomb, especially during religious celebrations.
