Bukit Nanas is a landmark of Kuala Lumpur and is the only tropical rainforest left in the heart of the city. Originally the house of the Malayan Tiger, the forest reserve is still home to monkeys, pythons, squirrels and monster lizards. This 11 hectare forest was formerly known as the Bucket Weld Forest Reserve. The tourists must include a trip to the reserve in the itinerary because not only is it a paradise for photography enthusiasts, but also boasts of a lot of flora and fauna available that includes rare herbs, creepers, ferns and giant bamboo grasses.
