Considered to be one of the best regional heritage museums in Europe, the Tyrolean Folk Art Museum is home to some of the most important cultural relics from the Tyrol region.

Located in the Altstadt section of Innsbruck, the museum is home to a permanent collection of traditional costumes of the region, glass and pottery, textiles, household items, old handicrafts and tools and much more.

Apart from that the museum houses many revived wood-paneled rooms from the Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance periods of history. The museum also has a collection of mangers crafted out of weed, wax and paper belonging to the 18th century.
