Established in 1984 to foster India’s unique culture and traditions, the Sanskriti Museum of Everyday Art celebrates the skillful craftsmanship of Indian artisans. On display in the museum are objects related to daily life, customs and beliefs. What’s interesting is how the museum displays objects that are used throughout the life cycle of an individual, right from a child’s toys, to items used by students and young adults and then objects used by the elderly.
