    One of the most impressive buildings built in India during the Raj, the Forest Research Institute Museum is spread over a rambling 500 hectares. This is the institute where most of India’s Forest Officers are trained. The museum was built between 1924 and 1929 and is colossal red brick structure. The architecture of the Forest Research Institute Museum is a unique combination of Roman and Mughal architecture, complete with Mughal towers and Roman columns and arches.
