Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, Hariraya Temple houses the bronze image of four-armed Lord Vishnu in its three avatars- human face, boar face and lion face. The deity is embellished exquisitely with rings, armlets, mukut (head gear), beaded necklaces and kundals. Another image of Lord Vishnu worth admiring is the one where he is riding a chariot of six horses. This is the most outstanding sculpture of the temple that has been architecture in a Shikara style and is believed to be the only statue coated in saffron colour.
