Spread across a whopping 54 acres of space, the 1865 Hill Palace of Tripunithura is the largest archeological Museum in Kerala. What to look for once you are inside: an archeological museum of course, including a pre-historic park, a deer park, a children’s park, and even a heritage museum.

On display inside the museum are exhibits divided into 14 categories including Crown and ornaments of the Cochin Royal Family, sculptures, paintings, inscriptions, coins, weapons, etc. The Hill Palace also features exhibits from the Archaeology department and Travancore Royal House.

  • Opening Closing Time 9:00 am - 12:30 pm | 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm (Closed on Mondays and National/State Holidays)

  • Entrance Fee Rs. 10 for Adults | Rs. 5 for Children
