The Royal Museum of Army and Military History is home to around a lakh of military related items such as army uniforms, documents and weapons. One of the world’s largest army museums, this museum is home to ancient weapons and armour from the Middle Ages. There is also a collection belonging to Napoleon and the French Empire and the Belgian army from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Also in the museum are uniforms, documents, photos, vehicles and war equipment from World Wars I and II. The Royal Museum of Army and Military History also has a special section dedicated to “Air” and contains a wide range of fighter aircrafts. Other than this the museum also has a special section on educational games which can be enjoyed by people across all age groups. There is also an army documentation centre which is open to the public.
