As soon as you enter the Museum of Natural Science allow yourself to be transported to a time when dinosaur’s roamed the earth. This museum housed in an enormous building has five different exhibitions which can keep you occupied throughout day. The museum is also a research centre and carries out research dedicated to studying animals, bones and fossils across all centuries.

The most impressive exhibit in the Museum of Natural Science remains the dinosaur exhibit. Massive dinosaur bones hang off the ceiling, giving you a clear pictures of how large these dinosaurs were when they lived on earth. Other interesting exhibits in the museum are the Evolution Exhibit, which focuses on animal evolution after the dinosaur era. These exhibits come complete with touchscreens and audio guides for more information.

Other interesting exhibits in the museum include the Antarctica exhibit where you can see penguins and walk under the remains of a blue whale. Apart from that, also visit the Biodiversity exhibit which has on display insects and sea animals. The Museum of Natural Science is a great place to educate children about science in a fun and interactive way.

When in the museum do take out a few minutes to admire the beautiful nouveau architecture of the building, compete with beautiful galleries and sleek steel staircases.

    This is a great place to teach kids about science in a fun way.
  • Entrance Fee EUR 7 (adults), EUR 6 (Senior citizens and children from age 6 to seventeen). Children up to age 5 can enter free.
