Jewish Historical Museum or Joods Historisch Museum is dedicated to the Jews, their history, culture and religion. Housed in the Jewish Cultural Quarter, it is the only museum in country that is entirely dedicated to Jewish history. There are permanent as we well as temporary exhibitions that are held here. The permanent ones talk about the role religion has played in the life of the Jews and their life during the Second World War. There are several displays on how Dutch and Jewish cultures have mingled and influenced each other over the years.

  • Opening Closing Time 11 am to 5 pm, daily

  • Entrance Fee Adult: €12; Child (13-17 years): €6, Child (6-12 years): €3, Child (upto 6 years): free entry
