The Taj Nature Walk is located in a rambling green belt spread across 180 hectares on the Fatehbad Road, 500 meters away from the east gate of the Taj Mahal. Almost touching the right bank of the River Yamuna, this large forested area is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna. The Taj Nature Walk area has numerous mounds and platforms to enjoy views of the Taj Mahal from.

The nine kilometre trail of the Taj Nature Walk makes for a pleasant and enjoyable trail. It’s a birdwatchers' delight courtesy the variety of birds that can be spotted here. In addition to avian life, animals such as the hynea, jackal and blue bull are also found here.
