Domestic Hotels Terms and Conditions
  • Discount will be calculated only on the base price, i.e., price excluding taxes, surcharges, etc.
  • The offer is valid for only 1 booking per card during the entire offer period
  • A customer can make max 5 bookings in last 30 days using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings
  • A customer can make max 3 bookings in a day using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings
  • The offer is valid on select Domestic Hotels only
  • Hotel Bookings where "Book now Pay Later" option is selected, and INR 1 has been paid for reservation, will not be eligible for the instant discount offer
  • Offer is not valid on Pay at Hotel bookings
Holidays Terms and Conditions
  • Customer will be eligible for the cashback if the booking is made between 8th August to 12th August 2019 and 100% payment made latest by 31st August 2019
  • Cashback will be credited on or before 30th September 2019 to all eligible customers
  • A user may choose to pay using multiple Standard Chartered Cards the cashback will be calculated on the total amount paid using Standard Chartered Cards
  • Cashback will be calculated on each Booking ID and not on the number of transactions. For example, if a Cardholder pays in 2 instalments/transactions for 1 Booking, cashback will be processed only once and on the amount paid using Standard Chartered Cards
  • Cashback will be credited to the same card through which the 1st payment is received
  • Cash back would be applicable only on components booked during sale period. Any activity/ upgrade options booked post sale period would not be eligible for cash back
  • In order to be eligible for the cashback offer, your package booking must include at least 2 adult passengers. This offer is applicable on packages with or without flights
  • In order to be eligible for the cashback offer, your holiday package booking must include at least 2 adult passengers with at least 1 hotel/airport transfer & 1 sightseeing activity
  • The cashback to card offer is applicable once per Standard Chartered Cards i.e. a maximum of 1 holiday booking under this offer
  • The holidays offer is applicable on select holiday packages only
  • For packages booked online, the offer is not valid for payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal , MMT Gift cards and net banking payments

Conditions in case of cancellation
  • In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the cashback
  • If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund amount in addition to the applicable cancellation charges
  • If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees
Terms of the Offer:
  • These offers are valid on bookings made using Standard Chartered Cards issued in India
  • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
  • This offer is not valid on Standard Chartered Corporate Cards
  • Add-on cards will be treated as separate card
  • If the customer doesn't receive the discount/cashback, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount/ cashback amount

  • In no event shall the customer be entitled to cashback on partial or full cancellations
  • In no event shall MMT entertain customer name change requests

  • If the Cardholder doesn't receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months by raising the same at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint from the booking date. In the event the Cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount
  • MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether
  • For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims
  • MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
  • In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking
  • In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount/ cashback under this offer
  • MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer
  • Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi
  • User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply
  • Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
