• This Offer is made in association with MakeMyTrip India Private Limited (“MakeMyTrip”) to the customers of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited (“Bank”) holding Kotak Credit Card & Debit Cards (“Customers” or “Cardholders”).

How do you get it?

• To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon as per aforementioned table in the E-Coupon field.
• The offer will remain valid on every Sunday from 5th June 2022 (0000 hours) to 25th December 2022 (2359 hours).
• This offer is valid on payment made through Kotak Bank Credit & Debit Cards only.
• The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip’ s website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App.
• The instant discount offer is valid for only 1 booking per card per category per calendar month.

What else do you need to know?

• Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet, 3rd party wallets, Pay Pal, Gift card, EMI and net banking payments.
• This offer is not applicable on payments made using MyCash.
• For flights, discount will be calculated on the booking amount (excluding convenience fee and any ancillaries purchased e.g.: meals, insurance).
• Offer is not valid on "Multi-City Domestic Flights" made through the "Multi-City" tab on MakeMyTrip website.

Conditions in case of cancellation:

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount.
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is NOT applicable on Kotak Bank corporate cards
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• MakeMyTrip & Kotak Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• For any card related claims, the customer will need to approach the Kotak Bank. MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• In no event will the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the MakeMyTrip website will apply
• Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
• Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by Kotak Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by Kotak Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder will need to approach Kotak Bank. MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.
• Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of the Bank and terms and conditions of the Merchant in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer.
• Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Offer by another offer whether similar to this Offer or not or to extend or withdraw this Offer altogether.
• The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by MakeMyTrip. Any issue or dispute or claim arising out of or in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer must be resolved by the Customer directly with MakeMyTrip by raising claim request at : https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint
• Bank reserve the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• Customers who fail to enter the promo code or using the wrong promo code shall not be eligible to avail the Offer. Bank shall, in no way, be liable in the event the Customer fails to enter the promo code or uses the wrong promo code resulting in Customer becoming ineligible to avail the Offer.
• The decision of the Bank and MakeMyTrip in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits of the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer and the Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi.
