Baggage Allowance

The Baggage Allowance policy of Bulgaria Air allows each passenger 20 kg free checked in baggage. The standard is a little higher for all business class passengers with Golden Frequent Flyer Card. Extra baggage is subject to charge on per kilogram basis depending upon the destination.

Bulgaria Air History

Bulgaria Air was introduced in the year 2002 and was declared as the national flag carrier by Minister of Transport and Communications in November, 2002. The airline started their services 4th December, 2002. The name and foremost logo were decided through a public competition. In 2006, Bulgaria Air was privatised. On 20th November, 2008, the airline became a full member of IATA.
