Felt cheated as I found several other lodges offering better rooms at lower rates. Only location is convenient. Toilets were stinking, the place is just an extension of the owners residence. Wish there was more attention paid to cleanliness
Just for relaxing

We had a worst experience. Location is good but room was not clean, smells very bad. Service is also not good. We had wait for room 2 hrs after a long journey. We booked the room from MMT and hotel didn't get the confirmation message.

First thing its a hose and not hotel but the room and location was value for money. At-least when I visited as it was 3 days in a row (Govt holiday. May be there will be few more like that. Overall, I had no problem during my stay, yes but 5 stars is for location.
On my last visit to Ganpatipule we had put my stay at this hotel cum house. This is not actually a hotel but the rooms of a large house are converted into hotel. The rooms are strictly average with average amenities. As it was raining we opted for non AC rooms. Room was basic with double bed and fan with attached toilet. As per the charges it was really comfortable for an overnight stay. They provide food on demand, but we had our food separately.
Overall good for short stay if you are not looking for luxury.

We booked Yashwant Niwas for a day in Ganapatipule, when we reached at location, it was good from outside, but the moment we went in the rooms, we were shocked and surprised to see the rooms. I have never seen such dirty, patched walls, and disgusting rooms. The bed sheets were totally gone, dull, smelling, same was the cushions. Bathrooms were in the same condition, leaking taps, washing basin, damp dirty. The height was when we ordered for a cup of tea, it came to us in ....YAKKKKK...tray, which was broken from one side, with fungus patches on it. Tealeaves were totally spread on the tray. Please don't ever think to stay in this hotel, to spoil your holidays.
