We enjoyed our stay at Taj and it met all the expectations that one has from a Taj property. Excellent staff and service, well maintained property and a good room. We expected the property to be a bit more beautiful but I guess this is the best one can get in a Vivanta property. Maybe thats we felt it was a bit too expensive given the type of property. Nevertheless, we had an excellent stay.

The service was excellent. The food was delicious. The hotel serves only buffet meals and breakfast. Please note the hotel does not have room service. There are lot of activities for kids like cycling, TT, chess, cricket, etc. The hotel serves early tea for guests going for safari. The rooms are well maintained and we'll light. However natural light may be missing
Will visit again

Good but didn't cope up to reputation. Hospitality is poor as no room service. No choice of food. Rooms are too far from utility the area, etc. Good and well-maintained property but need to improve on services.

Nice hotel built in around 12 acre of campus. Food is very good. Hospitality is very good by coincidence we the only family in the hotel as it was off season but they did everything to make our stay comfortable there. Room and bathroom are also big.
Highly supportive staff. Quality food. Excellent property maintained in absolutely perfect order. Neat and clean big rooms with very clean bathrooms and a very kind and courteous staff. Wifi was good, hot water, AC and TV were working. Cleanliness is ok.

I found this hotel very neat and clean as the hotel is actually offering 5 star services to their guests. I really appreciate the staff because they really treat the guests in a very polite and professional manner. Rooms are nice with beautiful views. Enjoyed my short trip in Ranthambore in a cool and excellent hotel.

My family was given a warm welcome on arrival. Excellent decor and we had a nice stay. Though a bit expensive but worth the money one spends as far as holiday is concerned.
You will have nice and lively evenings. My 8 year old son enjoyed the outdoor games and camel rides in the resort. All types of help provided by the hotel staff during our stay. You just need to arrive in this hotel, the rest is taken care by them to your choice. Excellent food- no comparison.

Hotel was located conveniently. Location of the hotel was very good. Hotel was made my wood. I booked my room through phone call. Welcome drink was not given. Hotel staff was very good. I booked two rooms there. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Inner and outer look of the hotel was nice. I took my meal in the hotel. Taste and quality wise, it was good. They provided veg food in the hotel. They provided cab facility for sightseeing. I stayed there for one day and one night. Activities were very fine in this hotel. I went there near about off season of the hotel. Overall services were excellent. Check-in and check-out process was not delayed. I went there with my family and it was a relaxing trip in the month of May.
