Pay at Checkout

    The staff is very clumsy and non helpful. Location wise the hotel is located in the city centre. No restraint is available and the staff themselves take their tip when you order something from outside.

    Firstly whatever property and photos you are showing in website is different and actual property is different, you are playing with our emotions by doing different things. Not recommended booking via make my trip, it was very bad experience where none of facility was available, You people were committed that our technical team will call but nobody called me till date, why unnecessarily giving wrong commitments to customers

    The rooms are small but clean. There is too much noise of the AC compressed from the window. Towel are sticky and torn ed. No desperate lift for hotel. Life is use by the other tenants of the building so takes much time to wait for lift.

    Excellent staff, good hotel at this price point. Located at Ramnagar. It has a good spa. Everything was good the facility inside the room. Decent room interiors, bathroom with modern fittings, accessories and toiletries were good as well.
