Food was okay, but could be better. The room was just as shown in the pictures. Value for money stay, very satisfied. Hot water was available at all times.

Need a lot of improvements

The room was very small, limited place to move around the bed, even changing the dress. No TV, no phone to contact reception, No Towel, No complements except for a soap and a shampoo pocket. I couldn't even fit my 16" laptop on the table given. There are similar hotels close by, almost all of them are same. If you are on a tight budget, this room is ok for you. The best thing is the working lift. It'd be a nightmare climbing 6 floors where it not for the lift.

The hotel is in a good location,conveniently close to nearby attractions and easily accessible. However, the room was quite small, and upon entering for the first time, there was a strong unpleasant smell, which made the initial experience very uncomfortable. Another major issue was the lack of basic service—we had to ask multiple times for towels, and even then, there was no response from room service. Overall, while the location is a plus, the room condition and poor service made the stay disappointing.
