Road to resort is very bad. The property is huge and so cannot be maintained. Even the walls of the room have layer of dust and cleaned up to a height the man could approach (Pathetic). You have to call housekeeping multiple times to get the service. The pool is very good. Good for one day outing.

We travelled from Kolkata and after crossing New Town encountered very rough and bumpy roads on our way to the resort. Other than that, the resort is the perfect place to spoil and indulge yourself into luxury. We had booked an Earth Villa with MMT and received our room at a very discounted price. We found that out once we reached and checked their on spot reservation rates. I would recommend the Spa in their Sanjeeva Medical Spa. Their services are worth their price. The Steam and Sauna Bath are quite cheap for in house guests (Rs 228 pp for 30 min). I found it quite reasonable. Food and beverages are a bit on the expensive side. A plate of chicken hakka chowmein and chilly chicken cost us around Rs 680 with taxes. Rotis, nans were priced at Rs 150 on the menu card. A pint of kingfisher premium beer cost around Rs 275 without taxes. The staff are very well-behaved and helpful. Overall, we had a memorable experience.

The resort was pretty good and I would definitely go back again. Food at the Bengali restaurant was excellent. However, the spa left me disappointed. There was no separate shower let alone Jacuzzi, sauna and steam), smelly towel, no styling product, etc. Above all the therapist left me extremely unhappy.

Great place for relaxing massage and good food. A little bit too far from airport for a short stay. Swimming pool and bar is good and restaurant lovely with limited choice of good food. Serves bacon and sausages for breakfast too. Rooms are a brisk walk from reception.
