    The food is really good. Especially chef Deepak. We usually stop here for food. Overall clean. Staff is very warm and friendly. Location is good with all the things nearby. Value for money with best experience.

    The washrooms were not clean, they don't provide toilet paper in the washrooms and when you ask for that they charge 50 rs for a very bad quality paper roll. Same is the case with dental kit, you have to pay 50 rs again for one local toothbrush and one very small meswak paste which you can easily buy from any shop in 20 rs or less. They don't even provide bill for the amount paid for toilet paper and toothbrush. They only accept cash, no provision of card payments. The curtain rods in the washroom were not properly fitted even the rod fell down as soon as we touched the curtain. The AC in the room was not working properly, even after 2 hrs of using the AC at 18 degree, there was no cooling in the room. We called the reception to complaint about the AC and they said someone will come in 5-10 mins to check the AC but no one came to check that and we had to sleep without proper air conditioning in the room.

    The worst ever experience in hotel . No staff members were supportive . They also charged extra amount from us . No sense of talking and no sense of hospitality . Receptionist desk members have no sense of behaving . All weter seem himself as boss of hotel . It's just a dhaaba not a hotel . Minus rating . Never recommended to anyone .
