Location is great and very convenient to nearby tourist spots. Staff was helpful and room were good for the price. Breakfast is good. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is my preferred place of stay while visiting Udaipur. This was my 3rd Stay during this visit.

Zion is a property in a sector in Udaipur and very close to all major tourist spots (around 2. Rooms are large and very clean. Mr Leo is very good person. He prepared our itinerary to cover Udaipur in a day. Please do not expect a Hotel like treatment here. If you are looking a home like environment with all facilities excluding TV. Then this is a place to stay. I stayed here for a day with family.

We did not have any idea about the location and just landed up at Akshay Niwas. We are very happy to share that the staff at the hotel was extremely courteous and helped us in all possible way. Special mention needs to be made of Mr. Jay Singh who gave us a detailed description of things to do at Udaipur. His advice was pretty helpful. The hotel has a homely feel and the sightseeing places are not very far. We asked for simple food and there it was. Thanks Team Akshay Niwas ..

Fab Hotel with Superb Services :) staff was very helpful and co operative with high speed. It was so awesome to have dinner on rooftop felt like one of the best moments to share a candle light dinner on such a top of height. Food quality was good and tasty as well
