    View from the hotel is very good. But the lift was not working , Hot water was not available in the room television was not working.
    We booked 5 rooms but out of 2 rooms had no hot water and television was not working.

    Space is quite good but room are not so good . Tap leaking, big spider in bathroom . Lift don't work. Restaurant was closed during stay.

    Terrible experience. Wash rooms were dirty with fungus formed on tiles, bed sheets were torn, fan not working, towels not provided, room heater was not available on request, bulbs fused. Discourteous staff. The hotel manager was not to be seen and was at the hotel for a short time. Stay at Riga should be avoided.

    This is the worst hotel we have ever been in. There was no food facilities in the hotel and washrooms were badly maintained. There was no room service and when we ordered tea there one only one lady on the reception who then went to kitchen to make tea not even this she also made the tea in almost 2 hours. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone as it was a really old kind of property where not even the beds were proper. This hotel made my experience in Coonoor even worse.
