    One of the worst experience I ever faced Totally not worth money Rooms need serious upgradation, sinks are chocked and rusted in the washroom The front desk has only 2 associates and it took them 1 hour for check in and 1 hour for check out Also the front desk staff is very rude and they don’t even have basic atticates to talk to a customer Surely not staying with them again

    Good location, the metro station, is just in front of the Hotel, the front desk staff was helpful, but, the facilities, need significant improvement and maintenance, especially the, Spa. The rooms are spacious, and good, overall, the stay was comfortable, and it is value for money

    Very poor services, batroom feetings were so losse. So many formalities unnecessarily. I was travelling from so long distance was having home food with me they were nit allowimg me to take the food with me.

    Customer care and hotel management is not as expected. When I was there during two days the 4 lifts was not working. When reach there for check in they took almost 45 minute to deliver the room. I was stying for two days. First day of my stay in this hotel I left my travel pillow at hotel. When came back in the evening it was not there informed the house keeping not result no one call back or responded with proper answer.
