coupleRooms are clean. But bedding especially pillows were moldy. Breakfast is good but only 1 item + beverage is free. Rest is paid. Location is between mahabaleshwar and pachgani and things are accessible. Staff is good and helpful. They responded to my request positively.

Nice hotel with helpful staff

I stayed in hotel along with my wife and 7 months old son, they took very good care of my son by providing timely hot water for his feed and milk when required especially by pranita. Reception staff was also humble and other staffs. Room was good, but only thing i missed was valley view room. Rest all things was good.

The hotel is not fully functional as a 3 star. Didn't get services like, water bottles, dry towels, tap water is available in limited time frame. Rooms were smelling as dust. AC wasn't working, had to change the room. There is lot more.
