THE JOY RESIDENCY

Ac is not working nd staff is not coparating and smell in room.

One word for this hotel. Avoid. One water bottle a day for 3 guests apart from that even water is 50% higher to mkt price. No change of linens, dirty towels and bathroom. Tv doesn't work. 2 tebags a day. Hotel helpdesk is totally helpless. I am in this town every 7-10 days and not the 1st hotel i have stayed in. But never coming back to this dungeon again.

Room is very comfortable and also this one is large room.

Good stay there and food was fine : booked for my clients and they were happy - second day one improvement could be the working of ac as light was going a few times

Hotel staff were good but the room was expensive with no proper amenities.

My stay at joy regency was so good staff attending was great, food quality and serving was great so

They didn't give any kind of attention to guest even didn't the room properly. The towels are totally burst. The bedsheets are totally burst. Didn't have sleepers in rooms. They didn't have any kinds of quilt or thick blanket.

Good experience overall and love to stay again. Thanks for amazing service. Please keep it up. Strongly recommended

Excellent rooms and staff is good. Washroom is cleaned. Overall nice experience and pleasant stay.

Average hotel with below average services and amenities. Room - blankets were not changed and we had to get it changed staff : not professional like other hotel staffs. Service: basic amenities were missing. For eg. No hot water kettle, iron. Service time was too much for any requests. Food: food was okay ! average hotel !

I stayed with my family, for the price the property is good and the best part is i personally didn't have any issues regarding room service, manager Mr.Arvind was kind & polite and Mr. Raju the room service staff was on his toes. Good job, keep it up 💯

My last stay was good, i’m well known the location of this hotol, food qwalty was good as well as every-time but some amenties are not provided by hotol as like electric kettle, the water supply is serious issue on top floor, water was very low in bathroom even in flush, so this is serious issue about this,

All things are good but some amenities like dental kit hair dryer did not provide bye in service although these are mention in amenities food service was so good qualty was so good. Property location is very simple
