Location: The Galaxy Hotel Shopping & Spais located in a prime spot and close to Huda Metro Station (4 km), with the closest transport hubs by rail and air being New Delhi Railway Station (30 km) and Indira Gandhi International Airport (16 km). The hotel offers easy access to some of the prime tourist spots such as the Kingdom of Dreams (4 km) and Udyog Vihar (8 km).

Room amenities: The hotel features 80 rooms and suites, each designed boasting of contemporary decor and luxurious interiors. The rooms are all air-conditioned and come equipped with complimentary wireless internet, flat-screen TV, multi-line telephones and attached bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. The club rooms and suites come with a jacuzzi.

Hotel facilities: The hotel features three conference halls, each with a seating capacity of 150 guests, two boardrooms with a seating capacity of 20 each, and a large banquet hall which can easily seat up to 1000 guests. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.

Pay at Checkout

    First the positives, location wise very good, the choice of restaurants very good. The residential areas and rooms are really pathetic, looks tired due to age and poor maintenance. The lifts are in poor condition. The rooms are very bad, the window curtains in room was permanently closed, I had to request them to open a portion of it let some light in. The rooms smelled stuffy and the towels were old though looked washed. The sofas were stained. Since I spent only the late evenings in the hotel it was bearable also it was close to my place of work. Is this really a 5 star property probably a long time ago it was now definitely not.

    Not so good, room was not clean, buffet dinner was part of package but got something else(4-5 veg items), when I complained to manager then ask to select 2-3 food items from menu. Buffet breakfast was good.

    Facilities were not at all working . The tv was not working. The skylight was not working. Our phone was not working to tell anyone about this. Super bad experience and very difficult one. I am not at all happy. Even after being told they didn’t take any action no value for money.

    Good Property for a short stay. All they need to do is improving their room infra. There was an opening in the roof which was covered with something, don't know why it was like that. Food was good, gym was good and pool too. Room service was nice and fast.
