Location: The hotel is 4 km from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and 13 km from Sealdah Railway Station. One of the biggest shopping and entertainment centres of Kolkata, City Center II is 1 km away by walk. It is located in proximity (under 8 km) to the IT hub of Rajarhat Newton, making the hotel a perfect destination for business travellers.


Room Amenities: The hotel offers 48 well-furnished rooms, which includes two suites. All rooms come equipped with modern amenities such as eco-friendly and non CFL air-conditioning, LED flat-screen TV, digital in-room safe, complimentary in-room tea and coffee facility, hair-dryer on request and en-suite bathrooms.     The rooms are too small basic amenities like iron is missing you have call for hair dryer wardrobe is very small and person at the front desk was very arrogant, the lift was also very slow it stink like a pet dog room.

    The rooms were average. It's not the fern, but Fern Residency and that was evident. The staff was excellent. Very helpful. Very considerate. Although, with hotels this close to the airport a complimentary airport transfer should be standard. Especially when the guest is paying for a full day and staying for 3 hours.
