Stayed here for one night on business trip. Very good location. Close to sector 29 food joints. Check was Breeze. Room was very nice and cozy. It had all the amenities which are needed in a business trip. Breakfast was good with limited option. They also don't charge a lot for that. Overall good experience and would definitely come back again
The hotel looks like it has seen better days. Like most Fern hotels, an average 3*. Buffet B'fast was very bad. Told the Chef also. Said he was new & would take care. Roof top restaurant had nice biryani & good view of fort. 10-15 mins from Airport & markets etc. Wi-Fi was OK. Rooms are quite noisy especially sound of pressure pump, There is no Club Lounge so do not waste money on Club rooms. Staff is helpful. Situated in a residential area with a temple just across the street.

The experience was good. The activity was provided at the hotel. I had visited this hotel for official trip. I would recommend this hotel for upcoming travellers. There was no suggestion for this hotel.

Very best hotel in Jodhpur. This is very good and hotel for everyone. This is very neat and clean and service is very good. Room service is also good and there are no cheating the customer. Location is good and food is also very good and i will program again visit in this hotel in the future relay its very good hotel.

It was really a wonderful experience while we stayed at Hotel The Fern Residency Jodhpur. Specially the staff there who helped us at the odd hours to find a good doctor for my grandson who was one year old and got ill, the manager accompanied us in that. Unknown city and remained with us. We can not forget their help and every other thing was also nice.

The headline may unbelievable but I am saying so due to the following points (1) my package included one pair laundry complimentary. Few days before checkout i took the draft bill and found the entire laundry was charged. I raised the matter to reception and housekeeping and sent an email with their initial reservation confirmation that 1 pair laundry will be complimentary on daily basis and informed them that 2 costliest items everyday need to be made complementary. There was no reply on the email. One day prior to checkout on raising the matter again housekeeping informed me that they can't change the bill and i will have to take it up with reception if they can reduce the amount. On talking to reception i was informed that the discount will be factored. Early morning on the day of checkout when I checked the draft bill i found that on few days discount on laundry was not given. The hotel informed that for them 1 pair means only a shirt and trouser which will be made complementary and not other items are considered. On days when i had given only best and brief or kurta pyjama and best and brief, nothing was made complimentary. From my reviews you can check the number of hotels i have stayed and in all hotels 1 pair laundry means two pieces (whatever they may be). Finally after an argument i was told that they can make kurta pyjama complimentary but on days when only vest and brief was given nothing will be made complementary. I had no option but to pay at that point of time in spite of the fact that they were cheating me. (2) for checkout i reached reception at 11 am (as i had called the cab at 11. 30 am). When i checked the bill again the entire laundry amount was billed to me. I raised the matter again and it took them 1. 5 hour to adjust the discount. I had to reach the airport at 12. 45 and they gave me the bill at 12. 30. I was about to miss my flight because of their delay and unprofessionalism. It seems they intentionally delayed it so that I end up paying the entire amount. (3) on reaching my home when I checked the bill it did not have a bill number and was mentioned as dummy bill. I sent them an email and after repeated follow up they gave me a bill which was of a less amount than what i had paid. It seems they planned to underreport the money collected by me. They collected taxes from me but did not want to pass it on the govt. Finally i got a word document as a bill rather than a scanned pdf file. Not sure whether they have reflected it in their system or not. Going further i would avoid not just this hotel but also other hotels of the fern group. In case you wish to stay in this hotel I would request you to check your bill on a daily basis and keep at least 2 hours for checkout as they will try to overcharge you.As far as other things are concerned, the rooms are average. The hotel is situated in a residential location and is away from the main market. In my room the remote of the tv was not working in spite of changing it twice. Buffet breakfast is average but dinner is below average. The restaurant staff is however courteous.
