    Hotel is located in good area. Hotel staff is very helpful & co-operative. Food is good. Rooms are spacious & very well cleaned & properly maintained. WiFi, Pool, Spa services are available. Had a great stay out here.

    There was some allergic smell in the room which gave me a very bad throat as well as bout of flu. The breakfast was very average too. Nothing good of the hotel.

    I have stayed there love the ambience. Specially the staff is very helpful. We have so many options now online but a true service makes a hotel special & Ferns residency has it all. The staff is so helpful. I am very happy with the services & would like to stay again & again wherever required to stay in Gurgaon. This hotel is nearest from my office.
