This hotel is in the midst of an old market. Not suitable for holiday. May be convenient for business travel. However the good part is that the safe is very courteous and helpful. Being a small place the restaurant menu is limited. The should have a TV in the room

It is a well restored heritage property very close to the Thanjavur palace and museum. The rooms are well decorated and have no TV. The food choices though limited were excellent and did not disappoint. Yes, it is right on the street and has no parking available. The staff was friendly and courteous and helpful in offering local information. Will surely visit again.

You need to know these before you think of booking a room in here: no TV, no parking, no unfledged restaurant, and not really a shower. Staff were courteous and responsive. It is a 100-years old building, restored and remodeled. It is on a main road, when you step out of the hotel you'll be right in the middle of traffic. Restaurant has a very limited set of options and you have to order at least 30 minutes in advance to have what you want; based on the availability of ingredients, of course. Besides all these limitations, we tried and enjoyed our stay there. The room and bed were clean. They cleaned it daily and tried to consume as low amount of resources as possible. The interiors were made with some thought and taste. You can do a bit of the shopping just by walking a few hundred meters. To find better restaurants you may have to go a little further. Overall it was a good stay and made the trip memorable.

They don't know that I had done the booking, they took some time and I had to give my booking confirmation for them to confirm my room.
The rooms have only tubs and no shower facility and that was inconvenient. No lift to the room. No space for car parking which is a big problem, the car needs to be parked on the road. The staff were co-operative and the room was nice but the doors to the room are so small that you could hit your head against them, do be careful.

Very nice hotel, the outside and inside are completely opposite. The hotel from outside looks very average however from the inside, its different.
Rooms are large, different and well equipped. Bathrooms is clean and well maintained.
The breakfast included in our booming was nicely made, no complains.
The rooms can have a little more ventilation. The dedicated parking is not available, but there is parking space for say, 4 cars for 14 rooms. As per the manager, the guard would B present for car parking security.
The staff is also nice and humble. Recommended stay indeed!!
very near to railway station, bus stand, world famous big temple(baragadeehwar)any time bus,big car parking.

We have taken our lunch at this place. We have not stayed though.
Service is excellent; property is well renovated and maintained with a unique style of its own in the league of lovely boutique properties; accentuated with ethnicware yet with modern elegance.
