It was such a great experience. The hospitality the staffs gave us. They also gave surprises in our room. We r soo happy about the stay and services offered in the property.

The stay I felt was pretty average, from the room to food and the service. It don’t feel we stayed at a luxury hotel. sadly taj didn’t meet our expectations

Amazing hospitality from the Staff. Excellent amenities at the hotel especially their rooftop bar and the heritage hotel which is a stones throw away from Cidade.They have a car service available for ferrying the customers from Cidade to Heritage and vice versa. Both properties have their own charm. Heritage has a great view and of course it’s located at the beachfront which is amazing. Special shout out to Gary from the restaurant and Manuel who was the duty manager for giving an exemplary hospitality experience.

My stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was exceptional—luxurious rooms, warm staff, and stunning views. The breakfast was delightful, and the private beach made the whole experience truly unforgettable.

We celebrated our anniversary at Taj Cidade Horizon, Goa, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our sea-view room was beautifully decorated with balloons, cake, and a handmade card from Sakshi – such a warm welcome. A huge thank you to Manager Sujata, who went above and beyond to make our day special. She personally arranged a flower-decorated lunch, added a heartfelt handmade card, and greeted us with so much warmth. Her kindness and personal touch truly made us feel at home. We were delighted to meet Chef Tanul Tripathi, who not only prepared outstanding dishes but also connected with us as he too is from Uttarakhand. His food was full of flavor and made with so much passion – a highlight of our stay. A special mention to Parth, who served us with utmost professionalism and care. He explained every dish in detail, ensured we were comfortable throughout, and his service made our dining experience flawless. Ending the stay with gifts, chocolates, and a cake celebration by the entire Taj team was the sweetest surprise. We left with hearts full of gratitude and memories for a lifetime. Truly worth every penny – thank you Taj Cidade Horizon!

I recently stayed at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon and had a wonderful experience. The team gave me a top sea-view room, and the view from there was simply breathtaking. Food, as always at Taj, was awesome — but full points go to the spectacular sea views, especially from the infinity pool and my room. Truly a relaxing and memorable stay. Definitely planning to visit again for sure!
