Stone Heights is grandly situated on the Bhowali-Jeolikot street (particularly in Gethia town). In the event that you truly need to unwind and appreciate far from the city swarm, then its a spot for you. The reason is encompassed by parcel of trees and at a decent stature of 40-50 feet over the street - that gives the radiant perspective of Himalayas. The rooms and basic corridor are of good size and are all around adorned.
There is part of space outside house to appreciate and value the nature. This house gives the complete peacefulness and serenity far from Nainital.
It's around 15 km far from Nainital and takes around 30-45 minutes to reach Nainital.
I might want to say about Mr. Anil Bajaj (the proprietor of property). He is congenial and booking procedure was a cake walk - Just had a brisk word and it was finished. When we arrived he was prepared to welcome us and had a decent communication with him amid the sit tight.
The nourishment quality was great and we all truly delighted in the suppers.

Went there with my family on new year evening away from the hustle bustle of cities. The cottage itself is perched pretty over looking a lush valley. Had booked both, master room and upper rooms, they were not lavish but tastefully done to suit the natural ambiance.
The large windows, the fire place, the wooden interiors for us bombayites is as fascinating as the cool cool weather, and the warmth of the owner and his wife are now etched as one of our most pleasant holiday memories.

We travelled in the month of October 2014 to stone heights with family. Stone heights is set in the abundance of nature and the most unique experience was to be right in the midst of the passing clouds which one could almost touch! Lush green hills, tall magnificent oak trees, sounds of birds was a beautiful experience had never felt this close to nature. After the hustle bustle of a metro city.
The cottage itself is a new construction with interesting twists to it and looks likes an old English house which is very elegantly designed. The rooms are large, comfortable bright, airy with a lot of privacy and very tastefully done, we stayed at the upper end one which had this huge window which looked straight into the hills. The simple humble staff always eager to please and with a smile. The food was home cooked and was very tasty. A very warm and welcoming host making one feel totally at home. All in all it was a thumbs up experience!!!!

Visited this place in December, 2104. Sitting out in the terrace during the day under the clear sky with the sun to bask was just blissful. The three days that I spent re energised me. The staff was courteous and cooked delicious food which suited my palate. The rooms neat and clean. The host, took care of the little needs and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend to those who are looking for a quiet getaway from the humdrum of the city.
