    Worst hotel ever seen. Rooms were not cleaned, fridge was not working, ants and spiders were all over the room and on asking them to change the room, they said we cannot do anything. There was no blanket provided and reason given was that same has been sent to laundry and there is no extra one. I mean what kind of place are they running. They changed the room the next day after involving MMT. Request MMT to block such hotels so that customers don't suffer these things.

    Location was good, but room was not very clean. Bed sheet, towel, was not clean. TV was very small and was not working properly. I booked hotel due to swimming pool, but it was not functional. Hotel staff are not professional. Overall hotel was not maintained up to mark.

    Room is OK on good location but I experience bad service here no facilities even tea is not allowed in room. I call 2 ... 3 .. Times for cleaning and TV service but no response from receptionist. In short I don't like that hotel

    The swimming pool of the resort was not in operation although it was shown as operational on the website. We were told that the swimming pool was under renovation but I believe that they do not service it during the monsoons. No sit out facility at the swimming pool against what we believed looking at the pictures on the website. Staff was not at all welcoming. The surroundings were not maintained. Room was clean but pictures shown were far superior. The bed linen was very clean and cleanliness of the room was maintained. No staff to help with baggage. This looked more like an off season 'I don't care attitude'. We felt unwelcome and as though we were intruding on their peaceful day by booking the room.

    It was my second visit to this hotel in five years but earlier it was good but now this hotel is one of the creepiest place to stay. Frequent power cuts, no backup atall. Now rooms have a very annoying smell. Swimming pool not ready, restaurant not serving. Book this hotel only if you want to keep your luggage in the room and only to sleep in the night and leave the room with the first light of the morning. Staff was although cooperative.
