The room was nice and clean. The food was tasty but I found the serving size a bit less, although it was affordable. The staff was helpful.

Horrible maintenance, place is stinky, dingy and filled with cockroaches. One of the worst ever places and overpriced for the services they offer. I just wanted to get out of the place.

One of the worst experiences. The initial room was smelly, broken pipe, ac non working. Requested for a change in room, compared to the first one space was a bit more, filled with cockroaches, poor maintenance. I just wanted to get out of the place. I have stayed in so many places by far the worst place. And overpriced for the stay and services. I strongly do not recommend this place.

Rooms are very dirty. No maintenance at all. The owner of the hotel should focus on basic amenities.

No response, even not issued towels and water, nobody is there to ask, .

There was cockroaches in the room. i think the hotel authorities should do some pest control treatment, especially in bathrooms. bedsheet and blankets were not tidy.

One of the worst hotel near mount road. They charge a lot of amount but pathetic service. Room was filled with cockroach 🪳. And bathroom shower not working. They don't even have basic amenities like shaving razor, iron box, electric kettle etc... Would never visit again.

Deluxe elite room is good and value for money

AC is not working and lot of cockroach and insects even after several complaints no action from the hotel need full refund we will send back the key only after full refund

Rooms are dirty and smells badly. Suite rooms size is very small. Not worth for money.

Hotel is exactly at the triplicane junction, good for commuting in the city. Rooms were clean. The only problem we faced was cockroaches, lot of them when the lights are turned off. We called the reception to do something about it, they said they would send someone to control the pests, but no one came. Service is slow sometimes. Giving 3 star for all this reasons. Please do pest control else you will be losing customers.

Wait and clean good respect good security good restaurant not attached coffee set so please attached the coffee set toilet and bathroom nice and clean please changed bathroom some tap

Best location near Marina Beach. It was awesome experience to stay there. Breakfast was awesome 💯💯

Very supportive staff specially muthuraman and good behaviour overall. Locality is best and amenities are class

Almost half of the things in the room, eg. Telephone, Air Conditioner, sockets etc. were not working. Poor staffing.

They need to improve on the restaurant quality and service

It is comfortable, staff is very cooperative. In house restaurant food is delicious.
