    On the family trip I visited Kumarakom in May 2017. I reserved my stay through The location of the hotel was good easy to access. It was just 10 km away to the bus station. The appearance was good. They don't have a travel desk. The room was average as it was not much well maintained. Bedding blankets were not clean AC was effective. The food in the hotel was average They had only fish and chicken they have to provide the egg veg and mutton. WiFi was not provided.

    On my business trip I visited Kumarakom with my family in May 2017. I reserved my stay directly. The location of the hotel was easy to access anywhere. The overall appearance of the hotel was good in look. The front desk of the hotel was good in receiving. The overall service in the hotel was cooperative. The room was very good but water problem was there bedding blankets bathroom was clean. The food in the hotel was excellent complimentary breakfast was their idli dosa lunch dinner also. They have to improve in quality. We had food in the restaurant. There were no other activities in the hotel.

    I went Karakorum in the month of May 2017. That was a family holiday trip. I booked my stay through online. The location was easy to reach and sightseeing was near the hotel. The transport was easily available. We had seen the culture of Kerala from near so that was good. The hotel was in the boat. If they had kept that boat at ice-land then it will be good but that was at the roadside. That was boat hotel so there was no separate reception. There was a boat owner he was very cooperative. They provided services on time. They providing tender coconut and my wife wanted one more so we asked them to give extra. They said that will charge extra for that and that too 20. In Kerala also we getting the tender coconut for 20 then what we will do. The room was clean and neat. We booked AC room but they provided only night time. The washroom was well maintained. The bed was not comfortable. There was a dining room available for food. We ordered paneer dishes mushroom etc. That was good. The railway station was 20km away from the hotel.

    We traveled to Kumarakom in the month of May 2017 on a family holiday trip. I booked my stay at this hotel in online. The hotel location was excellent with the surrounding. It was easily accessible to markets transportation‰Ûªs sightseeing and much more. It was convenient to reach the hotel. The appearance was attractive with the modern infrastructure. The front desk was very cooperative and friendly. They helped in the booking process and it was done on time. They were informative. Rooms were comfortable with all the basic amenities. We took a deluxe room. The room service was very good as they were on time and provided required services. Foods were very delicious. We took non-veg food items. It was tasty and hygienic. We took room service and they were on time. The overall service was excellent and satisfactory.
