They had no information about my booking. I showed them my confirmation. They were more interested how much I have paid. I told them that my booking is for A/C room with breakfast so the amount should not matter - their response " It matters" I wonder how? They were not ready to provide breakfast - I finally got 4 slices of bread with little butter and jam and one cup of tea - nothing extra.
