Extremely bad experience. The road the hotel. Is all broken that extra drive every time if you plan to travel arpund. It is near lake but not lake facing. The bed are extremely uncomfortable and you will have back ache for sure. There was no chef in hotel and no alternate arrangement was done. A hotel without food or even tea for that matter. May be because we were the only family staying there. Better take a room in bhimtal or bhowali and go to sattal for kyaking and waterfall trek

Location- awesome food- poor and very expensive amenities- good but tv was not available. One has to ask for amenities as not provided proactively. Services- very good. If you call someone, it will be delivered right away.

familyAll the services were pathetic in the hotel. There was no electricity at night in the hotel. No wi-fi no network in our phones. Breakfast was stinking. And there was water leakage as well in the hotel. The property was too smelly and unhygienic.

Lonely and quiet place

Stayed in Country Inn Sattal on 06 aug 19. We were the only couple at the hotel as it was off season. The hotel is located next to the Sattal Lake and max of its rooms give the Lake view. We had ordered dinner in the hotel. They have sufficient variety but it's quality requires improvement. Overall a good stay.

Great peaceful location in the midst of nature with lake facing rooms

Sattal is amazing and there are not more options to stay except for Country Inn. I liked everything of my stay at Country Inn except for the food. Not much options and the quality was also not great for the listed price. You could easily get a better quality at half the price in nearby restaurants.

Hotel location and services is excellent. Morning tracking activity and evening activity like music etc done by fun manager is excellent. Food is expensive and not up to the mark. Rest is excellent staff is very cooperative. A very nice stay.
