i arrived very late but the hotel receptionist kindly obliged. room was very nice too. A short walk from Ernakulam South junction.

It was a good stay room was clean staff was good overall everything was good i like it from long back i am going to the same hotel

We didn't had any food. They told food is not available. Location is good. Very near to Railway station & metro. Parking also available. No facilities... Don't even have a door mat. After telling also not given. Only one bed sheet gave. There answer was they will give only one bed sheet. No towel... I can say Noo response at all. No lach for door also. I think this Oyo room

Hotel location is very bad.when I check in hotel staff behaviour rudely .in Room smell badly I request to staff for room freshner but no improvement ,blanket smell badly ,only one charging point,in room everything is in bad condition also in bathroom locked broken. I forgot my face wash when I go back to collect face wash at 1500 hrs they deny me how it is possible.

The room is very badly maintained. The room was not clean, the bathroom door was broken, no hot water, no drinking water provided, the blanket was very dusty. Overall, no amenities and very poor service.

Poor customer relation

very bad room and hotel not recommend to family nor to people with hygien. Make my trip alsways pramote this kind of worst hotel. Its like slum. please dobt destroy brand name and legacy

Location was good, near to South railway station. Have car parking. Room was spacious for two persons. Worth for money.

Room very good,a/c in good condition,but bath towel is horrible,lift is not clean and the mat in the lift is dirty 😞

very poor condition of Room. we 3 people book the room. bathroom is very very pathetic condition.. hand shower not working..and dirty smell too there..very much disappointed

hotel is not neat ,room was full of ants,even mineral water was not provided staff are not at all cooperative entirely very bad experiance

Its good in stay there . But rooms are not good . Just stay its oke . Ac cooling low . Good looking . Good stafs . Nice atmosphere. Next time please funrnish rooms . But stay is oke to us.thanq

All the necessary facilities were provided. It was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for budget friendly stay.

The toilet and bathroom were very small and dirty.There was mosquitoes in the room, and the owner did not take any measures to address this.There was no hot water. Overall, the room and services were sub standard, causing me significant distress

Stay was decent. Receptionist was very helpful . For shot stay or is good.. all amenities working well.

Awesome rooms and staff were very helpful.Best hotel to stay and good hotels are nearby and near to ernakulam south metro station. I am a regular stayer in this hotel monthly 12days
