There is no facility even you can't get a glass for drinking water and no coffee or hot water cattle. if you want to take a nap 😴 it's good

I had to stay here due to connecting but this was my worst decision they charged me almost for just one night which i couldn’t sleep whole night since there was some people talking and walking whole night outside of my room what the hell was that i dint know and when i was sleeping one suddenly came and open my room i literally felt very unsafe and shower was working there was no hot water. Anyway gun-gun was cute and thank you for your help for getting me food from restaurants

Excellent location average quality of equipment’s tv non functional

I had a confirmed booking and paid in advance. Even called hotel and confirm booking and the executive asked me to call them once i reach the chaayos so they will assist to reach the hotel. I reached delhi airport at midnight with family and to my surprise the hotel executive informed me that the booking is cancel-led and no rooms available now. They just rented the room to another customer for higher price. So think twice before you book the hotel there is no assurance that you'll get the room. They also not arrange any alternative, instead disconnect my calls.

It was a great experience on booking with make my trip. Great application. Easy to book. This is not the first time i have used it, but a great experience using the application.

I had booked for two full days i.e. for 07.12.2022 to 09.12.2022 and paid for it. But at the time of check-in the receptionist mentioned that there is no room for you on .8.12.2022 to 09.12.2022.

I booked 2 days earlier and arrived at hotel at 1 am, but may be because i arrived late, they gave room to someone else and told me that they can accommodate me at 4 am. What was the point of reservation? i want to have 6-7 hours rest before my flight. Overall not reliable

The location is a bit difficult to find since there are no sign boards. But the service and the staff are really good. The room is really small but enough for a few hours stay.

Good location. It's actually a sleeping pod arrangement and not a hotel. It's located next to the airport at the top floor if the parking lot. The rooms are super tiny, not very clean. The bathroom door was broken, the fixtures were rusted etc. The staff was friendly.

Perfect place for catching a few hours of sleep at terminal 3. It only took me a couple minutes to walk to it from the arrivals area. So much better than dealing with taxi drivers. My room was comfy and had everything i needed for a good rest.

I m booked the hotel for two night, but they said i have only one day booking and above all the rooms are horrible, so i decided not to stay there and left the hotel at around 5. 30am on 4th nov. Only the issue is i had booked for two nights and they are not allowed for that, they only give me 12 hour stay

Compact stay option for a night's stay. Please know that it is in t3. If u have to catch a flight in t1, u have to budget more time. For travel from this place. It's a comfortable place to stay.

Rooms are fairly comfortable, neat and clean with good bathrooms they will pick you from airport which is around 5 minutes away. But they have a habit of forcing you to check out early particularly if other people are waiting. We booked for 9 hours. But at the end of 7 hours, they asked us to leave quickly saying that otherwise we would be too late for our flight. As we were not very familiar with delhi airport we left early. Later we had to sit idle at the airport for more than 2 hours. We understood that they were trying to get us to leave as there were other people waiting in the lobby to be allotted room. This is the only drawback we felt. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Hygiene wise as well as value for money not better option

Booking was done for one day, however at the time of check in, manager told for 3 hrs.

Location is good specially for transit passengers. No need to check out and check in to airport. It’s clean and hygienic but expensive

I really enjoyed staying at seams for the cleaner room with good space gave me a sense of satisfaction for the money being spent.
