    I had been to Sunderbans during the month of March 2017 and booked the room in the Sundarban Resort. It was my holiday trip with family. The city Sunderbans was good as it is joyful. I would rate the location as very good. The appearance of the hotel was very good because it is clean and neat. The staff at the reception was good as they are polite and responsive. I booked my room through online. I would rate the services in the hotel were good because of availability of service. Rooms which we stayed in were good with facilities and hygiene. The food in the hotel was very good as we can have so many options as according to the season and they provided us fresh food. There was no other activity available.

    Sunderbans are beautiful. Hotel location is very convenient it is easy to locate. It also looks attractive and close to the backwaters. It was very scenic. Front office is designed well. Reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Washrooms are neat and well maintained. Food was very tasty and good options. I went on a holiday with friends. Overall service is very helpful and hospitable. They made arrangements for additional activities outside.

    February was my stay and it was a holiday trip with my family. It was a wild life trip. As a destination it is a good place as it is forest area. Location of the hotel is very good as they organized for the bus. Appearance of the hotel is very good. Reception service was average as it was a home stay and it was a direct booking. Room was good as the view was good. Hotel service was very good. Food was good with a complimentary breakfast and the quality and quantity was nice. Other activities were average. Wi-Fi to be provided. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. All the facility was good except activities.

    March was the month when I visited this hotel along with my family. It was a holiday trip for wildlife purpose. The destinations were very good. The hotel location was excellent and best way to reach this hotel by car. The appearance of the hotel was good and looking fine. We booked the hotel by online. Front office was very good and staff's behaviour quick and fast. Rooms were good maintained properly clean, Service of the hotel was very good and staff's were on time and fine. Food and drinks was excellent plenty of choice and it was tasty. There were no other amenities available and it was average. Wi-Fi connection was also not available. The overall experience staying was very nice.

    It was a holiday trip with my family in the month of February. The destination I visited was excellent. The appearance of the hotel was excellent. Booking and front office was excellent. Front office people were excellent with their work, they were very friendly and co-operative. Service was excellent and room was very good, it was clean and spacious. The food was excellent especially the non vegetarian food was very good in this hotel. The activities like swimming pool, spa was very good. Wi-Fi was not available. Pick up and drop facilities were available in the hotel.
