Townhouse Airport Road

Room was full of cockroaches, not clean, everything was in broken condition. I have left my AirPod in the room after I checkout, after 5-7 minutes when I came back to the room to check the AirPod it was missing. Even I showed them the location of the AirPod it’s showing in the hotel, still they didn’t give me back. This trip cost me more my AirPod is missing it’s location still showing in the hotel, they are not giving me back, pl help me getting my AirPod.

Bed is not good. No proper responce by staff No water for shower facility. No any special assistant

food was not provided which is included in my booking. paid seperately.. there is nothing inside the room like tissue papers, drinking water and even bucket and cup for shower was received upon request only.. the bed is not good at all… tv not working… such a bad experience…. kindly refund the breakfast bill which was not provided.. thank you

i could see lot of maintenance issues, i will attach images go through that. property location is good near to airport. food is also good for me.

The room was okay but the service was a little bit of a lag, people are friendly, it's best if you are staying for one night

Make my trip says tha the breakfast is complimantry with bill but hotel owner says that no breakfast include in booking

Guys just select the last option to stay here. Because here mention with breakfast. So i paid for that and check-in time hotel receptionist saying they closed breakfast in the covid time. And about hotel what they mentioned here early check-in and late check out. Wont work out in this hotel so no hot water lights not working bed-sheets also not changed. If select this hotel your own risk

Asking for extra money, cockroach in breakfast, no response from make my trip on relocation of stay or refund. Make my trip informed that it will refund the extra money given, no refund even months passed. Waste of money and horrible stay

1) the behavior of the Manager / Receptionist is bad . he demanded bound to deposit ₹ 1000 to avoid his arrogance and behavior . Bathroom Commot Cover is broken . No free Drinking water . He forced to take food from their kitchen . This person ( staff of OYO TOWNHOUSE ) is heart us

They haven't cleaned my room before i am check in. They not providing tv and wifi. Not for family's

Staff was good room was also good and the way the staff behave i like that no extra charge applied and the services was nice i enjoyed it

The hotel was in a dilapidated condition. Bedsheets were fully stained. There were rusted fittings in the bathroom. TV was half tilted.

I already know the hotel. But when i entered it was amazing. Inside the room the bed was good and the food service as well as the food was good. We didn't used the tv. And the things that didn't get up to my expectations was that the washroom was having an unpleasant odour. So i refused using washroom. And the next was they wasn't allowing the food from outside like. When we ordered zomato he wasn't allowed to get inside. So we went down and collected the food from outside.

Ac was not working properly and bathroom drain was clogged. Lights were not working properly. Even after complaining they didn't change our room

Very bad hotel. Not at all clean. Too dirty the bed was. Washroom was not okay. Had to leave early because it was that irritating

I had a fantastic stay at hotel! the rooms were immaculate, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. Highly recommend!

Good for bachelors ( male), don't plan with family, you should live with fear. Better chose some other hotels.

It's very discomfort to say that there is a water issue in hotel early morning also there was jo towel.
