Room was clean and tidy. The service provided was of top notch. Every single person was always there to help. We had problems in the morning for not getting hot water but cannot blame them as electricity was absent at the whole location and had to satisfy with mattress for forth person

Nice Snow Retreat, considering high altitude and remote area. Good rooms, adequate hot water provided, manager is a nice guy. But very poor food quality, rice and potatoes were not properly boiled. Staff cooperative

Hotel was at a good location. Had a beautiful view around. Staff of the Snow Retreat was very friendly and cooperative. Served us good. Food was good even being in such a remote location and bad circumstances.
