Stay was good, with beach access. The men staff were friendly to help me with accommodation for the next day, but one lady staff was behaving rude for no reason.

Hello we visited on jean 22nd 2024, first of all staff is not friendly at all, they are not accepting the credit card, the room which we booked was different and the room they gave was different, toilet commode was not proper it was broken, no proper hot water facility. I would suggest sameer cottage is worst please don't opt for sameer cottage. Food is also not tasty

The lady was too rude. The rooms were t proper as shown in pictures. The washroom was broken. It was terrible. Please don’t visit.

Excellent property. Nice view from cottage and find difficulty for cottage .Room and washroom was clean and good shape. Very close almost 20 mtr from beach But restaurant price was very high. Overall an excellent remark. Thanks.

Cottages rooms very cleanness but restaurant area not allowed outside drinks are very costly drinks is not satisfied

Rooms are dirty, no drinking water, poor room service. Most of the plug points are not working. The room carpet was dirty and full of sand.

Location is good. Food is below average. The waiters are not approachable. Parking is very far and price is too much. Don't book it it's expensive

Washroom condition is very poor, toilet has no shed and attached with room which mean the people who are at room has to enjoy enjoy the smell of toilet always, water from toilet was coming out at room. Felt not safe and secure for family.

They didn't even clean the room (sea view room. There was a delay of more than 3 hours for check-in (from actual time of check-in, as per hotel policy. We were told to wait as the cleaning person went for lunch. Few staff person are rude. Pros : only location. Not recommended at all.

The whole usp of this room was the view and location. Which was very good. You can see the whole beach, sea and mountains right from your bed. If you take the seaview rooms. The food was very good. The cons are the size of the room and the condition of it. I think it is good for one night stay also best if you have kids you should not book these rooms.

The rooms were too smelly there was hardly anyone to attend on the reception no water in washroom charged additional money for room changing. No remote for ac. Rude behaviour of staff against the complaint for ac remote.

A big negative according to me is service and no parking space. You have to park your vehicle in common pay parking, so in case you have a car get ready for heavy parking charges. Your own car or rented one can get damaged there. Service- once you check in they will forget you not much assistance or help after that. Do not expect any service like you have in the hotel. Which could be expected as it cottages. But cleaning also they will not do until you ask them. It's in front of the beach that's only positive from here.

very horrible experience staying at sameer cottages .. v stayed there with family no neatness no clearness dirty toilet bathroom big big lizards all over the cottage n toilet .. spoilt mood n wasted money staying there.ughhhhhhh😠

We checked in one of the rooms where the ac worked for the 1st day on the s cond day did not work. The staff moved us in a different room on the 3rd day. We spend a day with a temp of 35 decree plus in that room.

Not bad and not good, but location is good.

Rooms not big bed also short, bathroom not good.
