The hotel is not good It has bug n insects in the room.. Toilet exaust fan is not working n it's smells alot.. In room there is lot of noise which disturb us in sleeping..

If you are looking for good ambience and good facilities in a budget then this is the place to be. Toy train tracks are just adjacent to the hotel so you will get to see trains often and the breakfast was good too. Don't expect five star services at this cost, but for this price it is pretty good.

Everything is horrible. Breakfast and dinner both quality is not upto mark. Bathroom door were not locked. Bedsheet and cover is desty and dirty. Lots of things can not be say. overall it is not worth to stay in this hotel

Worst experience from a tourist area like darjeeling.no relation between the ruins in photos and reality. Food was good. Damaged walls, broken water kettle,water geyser can't be believed, didn't expect this sort of experience for rupees 2k per night. May be worth less than 1000.my mistake is that i booked the rooms without believing the reviews.more over the staff are following and asking'where's our tips', which i didn't like.

The hotel was good , the receptionist lady was cooperative, but the Manager was rude, also I find this very weird that the hotel boys like bell boys and housekeepers ask for tips

It was just walking distance to Darjelling railway station and food also awesome. But the room and washroom very dirty, unhygienic. Specifically washroom needs to be clean. It was bad smell in entire room

We had a one-day stay, and the room was comfortable. However, the restaurant service was unavailable. Despite informing the receptionist about our early checkout and breakfast request, the staff wasn't notified. Fortunately, one staff member quickly prepared breakfast for us.

Everything is good. You can book at an affordable price, and the location is great, near Darjeeling Railway Station. However, the TV and telephone are not working. Apart from that, everything else is good.

Very poor stay, never recommend to any one. Poor actual room stay, no cleaning in rooms, pathetic kambal extreme worst condition. Reception is in very bad poor condition. Kitchen is horrible if any one seen never to eat anything. Limited staff tim bound service, no room cleaning system, doors are so local anybody came in the room because doors are always open until you have to lock through keys and keys are attached with your main light as well. In the night and day must secure to lock through key. Very basic amenities in poor condition. Washroom are too bad water overflow when bath.
