Hotel SIndhura Grand

The picture shown during booking does not match at all. The amenities enlisted are not provided. The staff attitude is very lethargic and rude. Nearby rooms celebrated birthday party with loud noises through the night. the hotel did not even ask them to reduce noise level. In the end the hotel refused to provide bill for my stay, claiming thatbooking was online. overall the this is worst experience I had for the amount I paid.

No soaps no extra bed for the third person , beds and furniture old , to not working simply not a place of grand and nice look service standard is below normal smell in rooms

Staying at Hotel Sindhura Grand was a wonderful experience. The staff were courteous and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location is highly convenient with easy access to the nearby metro station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay.

Room is avg, but noisy due to function halls above.. room was not ready even at 5 pm when we wanted to check in..

The room size was decent but it had cockroaches. The washrooms were not clean. Very poor cleaning and hygiene. The bed linen had stains. In fact i had to check every single room before choosing one and the one which i choose was the worse. Thus, you can imagine others. My package had breakfast included to which i paid approx 500 bucks extra. They got tea from local shop and served in paper cup. Seriously? did i pay 500 bucks for roadside tea? over and above that, when i asked for extra tea, they said, they can serve only once. I told them, i paid for the breakfast, to which they said that we don't get this money. In short it was not worth.

This is not suitable for family all drunk people are coming and hold night shouting bad experience i think not suitable for single professional person

As i booked from make my trip they said visitors are not allowed and bed is very bad infact worst to the core and room is stinky and staff is intolerable. Charges i paid fir that hotel is total waste of money never ever going back there

1) First, it's best described as a lodge not a hotel. It can never be called a 3 star hotel. 2) The lady at the reception is pretty rube. Not at all fit to be there. 3) The rooms have lots of cockroaches. The basic thing is no hygiene. 4) This hotel lacks a restaurant as well. No room service as well. 5) Mattresses and furniture were quite dirty. 6) after repeated requests as well the bedsheets were not changed. 7) Bathrooms are quite dirty. suggest others to be careful while booking the rooms here

Had a pleasant stay in hotel sindhura grand. The staff was so corncern. They served breakfast at correct time. The room was clean. They have a mini fridge in the room which was helpful to store some desserts. They provided toiletries as well as. It was a clean place to stay.

Location is good but room is not good. There is no ventilation at all. There is a stinch smell coming from the room. Receptionist is rude and there is no room service at all. Not worthy for the money that we are paying.

Location was excellent! food was very good; highly accessible. Rooms was spacious. Cleanliness of bed linen can be better

The hotel is clean and good, there is also good connectivity to different areas, food and snacks are all nearby. I would be happy if makemy trip can adjust check in and out timings.

Very nice hotel and service is very first. I get 5 star re-ting on hotel. Eating also so good and maharashtrian recipes is very sweet.
