Hotel Shivalik

The Hotel Shivalik was nice and room was good. It was neat and clean but the service was not upto the mark. Despite repeated reminders need full was not done. Food was also not good. 2. The stay in Hotel Shivalik choice garden zirakpur was really worst experience. Construction work was going on in front of the room allotted to us. It continued till 7. 30 pm and started again in the following morning. It was dusty inside and outside. Wash basin in the washroom was blocked. The only positive thing was that food served was very good.

We traveled with family and found the best Hotel Shivalik in kasauli very friendly staff and a familiar atmosphere they had a very beautiful open terrace cafe with greenery all around the playing zone available for kids and adults as well the food was very tasty and we would stay here again in future.

We stayed at shivalik several of time and everytime it had a secure and comfortable stay, staff was very friendly and helpful food was excellent as usual we would recommend it to everyone.

I stayed with my family and i am happy stay with Hotel Shivalik shivalik services and food taste was very good view from my room was very beautiful i will look forward to stay here again.

Super delux are good with good view and Ample space of parking. Need to work k. Operational things rest we got support late night that was quite helpful also food was good

Room,food,hospitality are very good. Wi-Fi is very slow and irritates. Smart TV is installed but of no use without Wi-Fi. Even set top box is not working.
