The experience was worst. Staff was very rude. It was not clean at all. It didn’t feel safe. There was no electricity.

I booked a room in OYO for one night and reached the hotel. but after reaching there the owner of the hotel said that the total price for one night is 1300 rupees.

The property people did not give me a room and told me to pay them directly.

I was denied checking despite payment done during booking and the manager asked 160-200 additional rupees more to allow for check-in .Finally got a room anf which has the lowest stsndsrd of cleanliness

The hotelier first denied the check-in due to the low amount that was being given to him by Oyo. Now, about mineral water. They gave the normal tap water while saying for mineral water also the kitchen was quite dirty. The dishes in which the food he used to serve used to be broken.

Clean and spacious rooms, cool operative staff. Very good option to stay.

I booked this hotel going by Oyo brand. I had good experience with Oyo rooms in my previous booking. This hotel was filthy. As I had reached very late in night I stayed for the night, but in future I have to think twice before booking another Oyo hotel.

Rooms are big and clean. More lights will be helpful. Service was good, tea/coffee/water all available non demand. Laundry service is quick and within a day they will give back clothes if ironing is not required. They will provide home made tea coffee which is decent. Other basic necessities like plates, spoons, bowls are also available if bringing food from outside. Location is weird with few restaurants providing good food. Overall, it is nice place to stay.

They said that we will not take reservation from MakeMyTrip we only take from OYO. So please take immediate action.
